The prototype proved it works. Now let's build it properly.
Fast, AI-assisted development for the things your team invented and then realised they actually needed. No agency timelines, no six-week discovery phase.
Somebody in the room builds something too good to throw away.
It happens at almost every hackathon. Among the twenty things built that day, one or two aren't experiments, they're the answer to a problem the business has had for years, and now there's a working version of it sitting on someone's laptop.
That prototype isn't a product yet. It has no security worth the name, no thought given to where the data lives, no plan for what happens when a hundred people use it at once. Those are real gaps and we won't pretend otherwise.
They're also entirely solvable, usually faster and for less than you'd expect.
By the hour or by the day. Something shipped every session.
No retainers, no discovery phases, no statement of work that takes three weeks to sign. We agree what we're building at the start of a session and you have it at the end.
A focused hour
Pair-build on one specific thing. Good for a fix, a feature, or getting unstuck.
A half or full day
A substantial piece of work taken from idea to deployed.
Ongoing
Some clients book a recurring slot and work through a list.
Every session ends with a walkthrough so you understand what was built, and a handover so it's genuinely yours. You own the code, the accounts and the domain. There is no lock-in and nothing you'd need us for.
What "properly" actually means.
This is the list we walk through with every build. It's the same list we show at the end of a live demo, because the gap between something that works and something you can rely on is a real gap and it deserves naming.
- Security, Who can access what, and what stops a bot hammering your forms.
- Data and GDPR, Where personal data lives, on what basis, for how long, and what your privacy policy needs to say.
- Search, Titles, structured data, sitemap. So Google knows the thing exists.
- Accessibility, Contrast, keyboard navigation, alt text. Not optional if you serve the public sector.
- Domain, hosting and email, On your own domain, with email that doesn't land in spam.
- Guardrails, If there's AI inside the product: what happens when someone tries to break it, and what it costs you if it goes viral.
- Ownership, Whether the images and content are genuinely yours to use.
- Maintenance, Version control, backups, and a clear answer to who fixes it at 11pm on a Friday.
From £150 per hour.
Plus VAT. Larger pieces of work are quoted as a day rate or a fixed scope, agreed before we start.
We'll tell you honestly if what you want is bigger than this model suits, and who to talk to instead.
